On April 10, 2025, JH Valve Industry joined hands with Guangdong Seiko Intelligent System Co., Ltd. and Funing Telecom to jointly organize the launch meeting of the third factory planning project. Representatives of government and enterprises, industry experts and the core team of the project gathered together to witness the launch of this strategic project.

At the beginning of the conference, Zhou Jian, project director of JH Valve Industry Plant 3, explained the strategic background of the project in detail, emphasized that the new factory will build an industry benchmark production base with “intelligence, digitalization and greening” as the core, and announced the project organizational structure on the spot. As a key part of the production capacity upgrade of JH Valve Industry, the construction of the third factory will significantly enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise in the field of high-end valves.

Chen Yuehua, project manager of Seiko Intelligence, demonstrated the professional implementation plan on the spot, covering key links such as intelligent production line planning, lean logistics planning, visit routes and visual suggestions. Huang Chunyu, general manager of Funing Telecom, said that he will make every effort to ensure the deployment of new infrastructure such as 5G private network and cloud computing in factories. Wang Weixi, deputy general manager of Guangdong Precision Intelligence, proposed in his message: “This cooperation will deeply integrate lean production and digital technology, and establish a new model of intelligent manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.” ”

The total investment of this project is expected to reach 1 Billion yuan, and 80,000 new sets of production capacity can be added after completion. After the launching ceremony, the guests visited the digital factory simulation exhibition area, marking another solid step towards the strategic goal of “Made in China 2025”.
