Our Customization
Our valves not only provide high-quality basic products but also support a full range of personalized customization services to meet diverse industrial needs. Whether it’s complex petrochemical pipelines, high-voltage power plant equipment, or sophisticated aerospace engineering, biopharmaceutical, and environmentally friendly water treatment applications, we will integrate a variety of special elements into our customized valves (such as high-strength alloys, materials resistant to extreme temperatures, anti-corrosion coatings, intelligent control systems, and high-performance sealing technology) through advanced design concepts and processes. Not only are they able to operate reliably in extreme temperatures (from cryogenic to high) and highly corrosive media, but they also maintain excellent performance under high pressures, high-frequency openings and closing, and other demanding conditions.
Our products strictly follow industry standards (such as API, ISO, CE, ASME, etc.) and can achieve more functions according to customer needs. Whether you’re dealing with extreme environments or pursuing efficient operation, we will provide your project with reliable, durable valves with innovative design and high-quality manufacturing, so that your equipment and systems can operate efficiently and reliably under any operating conditions.
When you choose us, you not only get a valve but also a trustworthy long-term partnership
Nine Elements of Valve Customization
Determine the type of valve needed (such as gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, check valve, control valve,Cryogenic Valve,Oxygen Valve,etc.).Choose a more suitable structure according to the application.

The specific use environments of valves, such as petrochemical industry, power stations, biopharmaceuticals, environmentally friendly water treatment, aerospace, etc., have different material and functional requirements for valves in different scenarios.

Understanding the medium of fluids (gases, liquids, corrosive media, etc.) and their special properties (particles, viscosity, etc.)
Clarify the ambient temperature range in which the medium operates, especially when extreme high and low temperatures are involved. Special materials and processes need to be selected to ensure the stable operation of the valve body.
In addition to high pressure, cryogenic and corrosive, whether the operating environment of the valve includes special working conditions such as vacuum, vibration and impact, these factors will also be an important part of our design and selection of valves.
Confirm the sealing conditions of the valve, such as whether zero leakage or trace leakage is allowed, as well as the selection of sealing materials (such as PTFE, metal seals), to ensure the sealing performance under specific conditions.

Provide specific flow parameters (e.g., CV values) or requirements for fluid control accuracy to help determine valve bore and internal flow channel design.

Choose the appropriate form of operation, such as manual, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic, and decide whether you need automatic control or remote operation depending on the operating conditions.
Define the connection style of the pipe, including flanged, threaded, welded, or clamped connections, so that the valve is perfectly matched to the piping system connection.
