AVIC Started Construction of 80,000 High-end Valve Projects with an Annual Output of 80,000 Units

In Funing in June, the boom is surging; the clarion call for development is passionate and loud! On June 12, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of AVIC Group’s annual output of 80,000 high-end valve manufacturing projects was held in Funing Economic Development Zone. Zhang Lihua, Secretary of the Funing County Party Committee, attended the groundbreaking ceremony and announced the start of the project. This benchmark project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan officially broke ground, marking a new stage in AVIC’s strategic layout in the field of high-end valves, and also injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of Funing’s advanced manufacturing industry.

Since its establishment, AVIC has always been deeply involved in the field of valve manufacturing, and has grown into a group enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of equipment products such as coal chemical valves, safety valves, and special valves. In 2021, it wholly acquired Jiangsu JH Valve Industry Co., Ltd., a local enterprise in Funing Development Zone; in 2022, it revitalized 48 acres of idle land in the development zone and built AVIC wear-resistant valve project. In 2024, the two major production bases in Funing will have a cumulative invoice sales of 230 million yuan.

The annual output of 80,000 high-end valve projects of AVIC marks a new level in the development of JH valve industry. The project plans to build a modern plant of 120,000 square meters, and is expected to create 500 new jobs. The project will introduce more than 400 sets of intelligent production equipment such as gantry machining centers, CNC vertical lathes, CNC boring and milling machines, etc., focusing on the construction of intelligent valve production lines, digital equipment testing lines, intelligent warehouses and intelligent inspection centers.

Li, chairman of AVIC Investment Group, said at the event that with the full support of the special class of Funing Development Zone and various departments, the construction force will be scientifically deployed, the time and progress will be seized, the construction plan will be optimized, the project construction will be accelerated, and the project will be put into operation as soon as possible.
